La maladie est décrite en bleu gras et le traitement est suivi en noir. Il est extrêmement important de réaliser qu’une cure de désintoxication de tout le corps pour éliminer votre problème et vos symptômes est souvent nécessaire pour vous sentir vraiment mieux. Articulations douloureuses (arthrite, douleurs articulaires, goutte) : orties (à transformer en thé – peut également être utilisée localement pour les articulations douloureuses après avoir été transformées en thé), poivre de Cayenne, jus de raisin, céleri, consoude, romarin, millepertuis

Muscles endoloris : consommez des aliments riches en magnésium comme les épinards, la bette à carde, les graines de courge et de citrouille, les graines de tournesol, les amandes, les noix de cajou, les graines de sésame et les graines de lin. Vous pouvez également frotter le vinaigre de cidre de pomme sur vos muscles/crampes ou utiliser des huiles essentielles comme le basilic et la marjolaine.

Acidité : adoptez une alimentation riche en alcalins et en légumes-feuilles et en herbes. Les clous de girofle aident à lutter contre la gastrite et la menthe aide à combattre l’acidité et l’indigestion.

Asthme : cayenne ou lobélie. Diminuez l’apport en protéines à 10 % de vos calories quotidiennes et éliminez tout le lait et les produits laitiers. Mangez des fruits et légumes biologiques et mangez du gingembre et du curcuma quotidiennement pour un soulagement anti-inflammatoire.

Mauvaise haleine : herbes désodorisantes comme le persil, l’aneth, le fenouil et la menthe. Pressez-les, mettez-les dans des smoothies ou des salades.

Ballonnements : buvez du thé à la menthe poivrée ou mâchez des graines de fenouil. Souvent causée par des aliments fortement transformés et une mauvaise combinaison d’aliments (c’est-à-dire manger des fruits sucrés et acides ensemble).

Tension artérielle (élevée) : basilic et céleri. Éliminer le sodium de l’alimentation.

Blood Tonic : betteraves ! Ils aident à reconstruire nos cellules sanguines et à prévenir l’anémie.

Furoncles : mettez un peu de gouttes d’hydraste ou d’échinacée sur vos furoncles pour les aider à guérir.

Os cassés : mangez beaucoup d’aliments végétaux riches en calcium comme le brocoli, les légumes-feuilles, le bok choy et les graines de chia. Obtenez suffisamment de vitamine D du soleil (allez vous asseoir au soleil – utilisez de l’huile de noix de coco pour un FPS naturel).

Bronchite : huile d’origan, contient du carvacrol qui est un phénol anti-microbien et anti-inflammatoire qui soulage la congestion thoracique et éradique la maladie. Prenez 5 à 10 gouttes d’huile d’origan pure dans un peu d’eau deux fois par jour jusqu’à ce que les symptômes disparaissent.

Ecchymoses : gel d’arnica ou aloe vera. Appliquez une pression à froid sur votre ecchymose, puis appliquez ces remèdes après 10-15 minutes de pression à froid. Consommez aussi de l’ananas ! Il contient de la bromélaïne qui est un puissant anti-inflammatoire.

Frissons : gingembre – aide à stimuler les feux digestifs.

Taux de cholestérol élevé : réduisez les produits d’origine animale et consommez une alimentation riche en matières premières végétales. Mangez beaucoup d’aliments verts comme les pousses de brocoli, la chlorelle, la spiruline, les légumes de la mer, les légumes-feuilles et les légumes vert foncé (brocoli, bok choy, etc.)

Mauvaise circulation : le poivre de Cayenne et le gingembre aident à dilater les vaisseaux sanguins, ce qui contribue à améliorer la circulation.

Diurétique : le céleri et la pastèque agissent comme de grands diurétiques.

Brûlures d’estomac : Boire 1 à 4 oz. jus d’aloe vera.

Détente : le thé à la camomille aide à détendre l’esprit et le corps.

Problèmes de cuir chevelu : mettez de l’huile d’olive dans vos cheveux, jusqu’à ce qu’ils soient uniformément enduits. Enveloppez-vous dans une serviette chaude et laissez vos cheveux et votre cuir chevelu s’imprégner de l’huile. Rincez à l’eau tiède et shampouinez vos cheveux avec un shampoing naturel sans produits chimiques comme celui du Dr Bronner.

Cicatrices : l’huile de graines de rose musquée ou l’huile de vitamine E sont excellentes pour diminuer l’apparence des cicatrices. L’huile de rose musquée répare en fait la peau endommagée. Mettez ces huiles 3 fois par jour, pendant un mois ou deux, et regardez vos cicatrices disparaître !

Gencives douloureuses : mâchez des clous de girofle tout au long de la journée.

Maux de gorge : soulagez les maux de gorge avec du thé au gingembre et du thé à l’échinacée.

Entorses : frottez l’huile de menthe poivrée sur la zone qui est entorse.

Maux d’estomac : le thé au gingembre et à la menthe poivrée aide à soulager les maux d’estomac.

Varices : causées par une mauvaise circulation. Mangez des choses comme les piments de Cayenne et le gingembre pour aider à stimuler la circulation sanguine.

Réchauffer le corps : le gingembre – aide à stimuler les feux digestifs.

Plaies : l’huile d’arbre à thé et l’huile d’origan sont excellentes pour cicatriser les plaies en raison de leurs propriétés antibactériennes et antiseptiques.

Aching Joints (arthritis, joint pain, gout): stinging nettles (make into a tea – can also be used topically for painful joints after made into tea), cayenne pepper, grape juice, celery, comfrey, rosemary, St. John’s Wort

Aching Muscles: consume magnesium rich foods like spinach, swiss chard, squash and pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, almonds, cashews, sesame seeds and flax seeds. You can also rub apple cider vinegar on your muscle/cramp or use essential oils like basil, and marjoram.

Acidity: eat a high-alkaline diet rich in leafy greens and herbs. Cloves help with gastritis, and mint helps combat acidity and indigestion.

Acne: caused by bad diet, lots of processed foods – reduce amount of processed foods consumed and follow a whole foods, high raw lifestyle to help detox and regenerate the body. Tea tree oil helps combat acne since it is a strong antibacterial. Apply tea tree oil directly to your blemish in a little bit of carrier oil like jojoba oil.

Allergies (i.e., Hay Fever): make teas which help reduce allergen symptoms. Drink teas like nettle, and echinacea.

Alzheimer’s Disease: rosemary and high-antioxidant foods like berries to help strengthen neuronal connections in the brain.

Anti-inflammatory (arthritis, gout, inflammatory diseases): ginger, cayenne, and turmeric; these three foods combat the inflammatory response in the body. I like to juice these, about 4-5 inches per juice.

Anxiety: calm your nerves with chamomile and lavender. Practice breathing techniques, meditation & yoga.

Asthma: cayenne or lobelia. Decrease protein intake to 10% of your daily calories, and eliminate all milk and milk products. Eat organically grown fruits and vegetables and eat ginger and turmeric daily for anti-inflammatory relief.

Bad Breath: deodorizing herbs like parsley, dill, fennel and mint. Juice them, put them in smoothies, or salads.

Bloating: drink peppermint tea, or chew on some fennel seeds. Often caused by heavily processed foods and bad food combining (aka. eating sweet and acid fruits together).

Blood Pressure (high): basil and celery. Eliminate sodium from diet.

Blood Tonic: beets! They help re-build our blood cells and prevent anemia.

Boils: put a little bit of goldenseal or echinacea drops onto your boils to help them heal.

Broken Bones: eat lots of calcium rich plant foods like broccoli, leafy greens, bok choy and chia seeds. Get ample vitamin D from the sun (go sit out in the sun – use some coconut oil for a natural SPF).

Bronchitis: oregano oil, contains carvacrol which is a phenol anti-microbial and anti-inflammatory that eases chest congestion and eradicates disease. Take 5-10 drops of pure oregano oil in a bit of water twice per day until symptoms subside.

Bruises: arnica gel or aloe vera. Apply a cold press to your bruise and then apply these remedies after 10-15 minutes of cold pressing. Consume pineapple too! It contains bromelain which is a powerful anti-inflammatory.

Chills: ginger – helps stimulate digestive fires.

High Cholesterol: reduce animal products, and consume a high raw plant based diet. Eat lots of green foods like broccoli sprouts, chlorella, spirulina, sea vegetables, leafy greens and dark green vegetables (broccoli, bok choy, etc.)

Poor Circulation: cayenne pepper & ginger helps dilate blood vessels, which helps improve circulation.

Cold Hands: See poor circulation

Cold Sores: take L-lysine supplement, or use tea tree oil and garlic to kill the virus. Hold garlic on the cold sore, or use tea tree oil as a topical supplement.

Colds: eat lots of lemon, and drink plenty echinacea tea. Eat 1-2 cloves of garlic twice daily and drink 3-4 L water. Get lots of rest.

Poor Concentration: maca root and ginseng help improve concentration, as well as high-antioxidant foods like organic berries.

Congestion: cayenne pepper and ginger help open up sinus cavities.

Coughs: help soothe your throat with lemon and raw honey.

Cramps: rub some peppermint oil on your abdomen (dilute with carrier oil like jojoba), and my favourite, use a hot water bottle. Ginger tea also helps stop cramps and pain.

Diarrhea: eat more foods high in fiber like fruit and vegetables, and make sure to eat them raw to ensure you get live enzymes and pre-biotics to help ensure healthy gut flora.

Diuretic: celery and watermelon act as great diuretics.

Drug Addiction: plant medicines like ayahuasca have helped numerous individuals get over their drug addictions – do your research, use google. You will likely need to travel to peru if you want to see a true shamanic master healer.

Dry Skin: often a cause of a dehydrated diet. Eat hydrating foods like fruit and vegetables, and get rid of processed foods. In the mean time, rub coconut oil or jojoba oil on your skin.

Ear Infection: Make a warm mixture of salt water (1 tsp. salt to 1 cup water) and put in your ear 4 times a day until healed.

Exhaustion: sleep! Get to bed regularly and get rid of stimulating foods which disrupt our sleep patterns (caffeine for instance).

Fluid Retention: see diuretics.

Gastric Ulcer: eat cabbage! Probiotics in cabbage and the high fiber content are great for healing ulcers of all types.

Headaches: drink 1 litre of water and your headache will likely disappear. If not, try eating some cayenne pepper which will dilate blood vessels and release tension in the head.

Heartburn: Drink 1-4 oz. aloe vera juice.

Itchy Skin: use soothing essential oils like peppermint and lavender.

Jaundice: cleanse your liver and kidneys with dandelion leaves, and dandelion root.

Kidney & Liver Problems: cleanse with dandelion, beet root and herbs (parsley, cilantro, watercress, fennel, arugula).

Menstrual Problems: Chaste berry, and sweet potatoes help regulate hormones.

Nausea (morning sickness, motion sickness): include plenty of ginger in your diet! 4-5 inches in a healing green juice will leave you feeling amazing.

Nosebleeds: this might sound crazy but individuals with nosebleeds who have snorted cayenne pepper have found that this cauterized the blood vessels in their nose, stopping the bleed and permanently stopping future nosebleeds! It hurts and stings during the actual snorting but if you want a quick and easy way out, this is the way to do it. Otherwise, use a cold compress on your nose to help tighten blood vessels and slow blood flow.

Osteoporosis: get rid of dairy and animal products which contain acidic protein that is neutralized in the body by alkaline minerals like calcium which is leached from the bones. Eat calcium rich plant foods like broccoli, chia seeds, kale, bok choy and leafy greens.

Overactive Thyroid: get rid of gluten – it increases the autoimmune attack on your thyroid. Eat foods rich in antioxidant molecule Glutathione which boosts your body’s ability to modulate and regulate the immune system, dampen autoimmune flare-ups, and protect and heal thyroid tissue. These foods include asparagus, broccoli, peaches, avocado, spinach, garlic, squash, grapefruit, and raw eggs.

Parasites: parasites hate chlorophyll (what makes plants green). Eat lots of green leafy herbs and vegetables.

Psoriasis: eliminate all dairy and animal products from your diet. Eat whole, fresh raw fruit and vegetables. Get rid of chemical-containing household products and body creams. Soothe the skin with coconut oil (slather it on your skin).

Rashes: coconut oil is a great way to get rid of rashes. It is an anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial. Slather it over rash area. Also use aloe vera which is cooling and soothes the skin.

Relaxation: chamomile tea helps relax the mind & body.

Scalp Problems: put olive oil in your hair, until evenly coated. Wrap in warm towel and let your hair and scalp soak up the oil. Rinse with warm water and shampoo your hair with a chemical-free, natural shampoo like Dr. Bronner’s.

Scars: rosehip seed oil or vitamin E oil are great at diminishing appearance of scars. Rosehip seed oil actually repairs damaged skin. Put these oils on 3 times a day, for a month or two, and watch your scars disappear!

Sore Gums: chew on some cloves throughout the day.

Sore Throat: ease sore throat pain with ginger tea and echinacea tea.

Sprains: rub peppermint oil on top of area that is sprained.

Stomach Aches: ginger and peppermint tea help ease an upset stomach.

Varicose Veins: caused by poor circulation. Eat things like cayenne peppers and ginger to help stimulate blood flow.

Warming the body: ginger – helps stimulate digestive fires.

Wounds: tea tree oil and oregano oil are great at healing wounds due to their anti-bacterial and anti-septic properties.

We know that there is a massive literature, providing a high level of scientific certainty, for each of eight pathophysiological effects caused by non-thermal microwave frequency EMF exposures. This is shown in from 12 to 34 reviews on each specific effect, with each review listed in Chapter 1, providing a substantial body of evidence on the existence of each effect. Such EMFs:

  1. Attack our nervous systems including our brains leading to widespread neurological/neuropsychiatric effects and possibly many other effects. This nervous system attack is of great concern.
  2. Attack our endocrine (that is hormonal) systems. In this context, the main things that make us functionally different from single celled creatures are our nervous system and our endocrine systems –even a simple planaria worm needs both of these. Thus the consequences of the disruption of these two regulatory systems is immense, such that it is a travesty to ignore these findings.
  3. Produce oxidative stress and free radical damage, which have central roles in essentially all chronic diseases.
  4. Attack the DNA of our cells, producing single strand and double strand breaks in cellular DNA and oxidized bases in our cellular DNA. These in turn produce cancer and also mutations in germ line cells which produce mutations in future generations.
  5. Produce elevated levels of apoptosis (programmed cell death), events especially important in causing both neurodegenerative diseases and infertility.
  6. Lower male and female fertility, lower sex hormones, lower libido and increased levels of spontaneous abortion and, as already stated, attack the DNA in sperm cells.
  7. Produce excessive intracellular calcium [Ca2+]i and excessive calcium signaling.
  8. Attack the cells of our bodies to cause cancer. Such attacks are thought to act via 15 different mechanisms during cancer causation.

There is also a substantial literature showing that EMFs also cause other effects including life threatening cardiac effects. In addition substantial evidence suggests EMF causation of very early onset dementias, including Alzheimer’s, digital and other types of dementias, and there is evidence that EMF exposures in utero and shortly after birth can cause ADHD and autism.

Each of these effects is produced via the main mechanism of action of microwave/lower frequency EMFs, activation of voltage-gated calcium channels (VGCCs) (Chapter 2). Each of them is produced via what are called downstream effects of VGCC activation. It follows from this that we have a good understanding not only that these effects occur, but also how they can occur. The extraordinary sensitivity of the VGCC voltage sensor to the forces of the EMFs tells us that the current safety guidelines allow us to be exposed to EMF levels that are something like 7.2 million times too high. That sensitivity is predicted by the physics. Therefore,the physics and the biology are each pointing to the same mechanism of action of non-thermal EMFs.

The different effects produced are obviously very deep concerns. They become much deeper and become existential threats when one considers that several of these effects are both cumulative and eventually irreversible. There is substantial evidence for the cumulative nature and eventual irreversibility of the neurological/neuropsychiatric effects, of the reproductive effects, the mutational DNA effects, the cardiac effects, of some but not other of the hormonal effects (Chapter 3); any causation of ADHD and autism may add additional concerns (here the cumulative nature is probably limited to the perinatal period).

When we know that sperm counts have dropped by more than 50% throughout the technologically advanced countries on earth, it is difficult to avoid the conclusion that the vast majority of the population in those countries is already substantially impacted. The same conclusion can be made based on the widespread nature of the neuropsychiatric effects in those countries. Both of those effects will get much much worse even with no increase in current exposures, due to the cumulative nature and irreversibility of these effects.

I expect we will see crash in human reproduction almost to zero as happened in the Magras and Xenos mouse study which I estimate to occur within about 5 years, without any increases in our exposures. Obviously 4G and 5G will make the situation much worse. Similarly I expect that the deterioration in brain function that we are already seeing will seal our fate if we fail to act rapidly and vigorously. Our collective brain function may become completely incapable of dealing with such a mega-crisis situation.

Now it can be argued that some of these may not develop as I expect, although those expectations are based on the best available evidence.

One may even be able to argue this for all of those expectations. However, when we have substantial risk of multiple existential threats to every single technologically advanced country on earth, failure to act vigorously means there is a very high probability of complete destruction of these societies. And the chaos which would inevitably ensue, in a world that still has nuclear weapons, may well lead to extinction.

In the face of these types or risk, the only reasonable course is to move with great vigour to stop new exposures and lower current exposures. One can still access the internet, using wired connections. And we can lower cell phone tower and cell phone radiation substantially.Smart meters, if needed,can work via wired connections.

Over 60% of this document, is focused on the failures of statements from SCENIHR, the telecommunications industry, the U.S. FCC and the U.S. FDA to reflect the science. Their statements repeatedly omit much, often all of the most important science. Their statements are rife not only with omissions, but also with easily demonstrable falsehoods and with false logic.

These have often occurred at times where we know that they knew better. These have occurred along with vigorous efforts by the telecommunications industry to corrupt the science by attacking individual scientists whose only fault is that they have obtained important findings that the industry does not like. These attacks have occurred along with vigorous efforts to corrupt two agencies that have important regulatory roles.

There are also possible concerns about individual industry-linked research studies. All wireless communication devices put out polarized EMFs that carry information via pulsations. Both the pulsations and the polarization make these EMFs much more biologically active. There are three other factors that also influence the production of effects. Several industry-linked studies may have used these factors, along with using very tiny numbers of individual animals in their studies, to produce studies which may have been designed to fail. It is not clear at this point whether this type of concern is quite limited or whether it is very broad.

The European Commission has done nothing to protect European citizens from any of these very serious health hazards and the U.S. FDA, EPA and National Cancer Institute have done nothing to protect American citizens. The U.S. FCC has been much worse than that, acting vigorously with wanton disregard for our health.

Role of Pulsations, Other Factors that Influence EMF Effects

Both the earlier Ryan document and the more recent Arūnas document each fail to pay any attention to the extensive scientific literature that has been accumulated on non-thermal electromagnetic field (EMF)effects. The scientific consensus of independent scientists based on information accumulated over the last 7 decades is just the opposite of what each of them states.

There is series of 8 extremely well-documented effects of such EMF exposure, together with a list of review articles, most of them being peer reviewed articles published in well respected journals in the PubMed database, that have each reviewed a body of evidence demonstrating the existence of each such effect.

What are the effects produced by non-thermal exposures to microwave frequency EMFs, where we have an extensive scientific literature? Each of the following effects has been documented in from 12 to 34 reviews

  1. Three types of cellular DNA attacks, producing single strand breaks in the cellular DNA, double strand breaks in cellular DNA and oxidized bases in cellular DNA.Each of these DNA changes have roles in cancer causation and in producing the most important mutational changes in humans and diverse animals. Double stranded DNA breaks produce chromosomal breaks, rearrangements, deletions and duplications and copy number mutations; they also produce gene amplification, an important mechanism in cancer causation. Single strand breaks in cellular DNA cause aberrant recombination events leading to copy number mutations. Oxidized bases cause point mutations.When these occur in somatic cells, they can each have roles in causing cancer.When these occur in germ line cells (and they have be shown to occur in sperm following EMF exposures), they cause the three most important types of mutations in future generations, chromosomal mutations, copy number mutations and point mutations. (21different reviews documenting these types of cellular DNA damage)
  2. A wide variety of changes leading to lowered male fertility, lowered female fertility, increased spontaneous abortion, lowered levels of estrogen, progesterone and testosterone, lowered libido (18reviews). Human sperm count has dropped to below 50% of what used to be considered normal throughout the technologically advanced countries of the world[1]. Reproductive rates have fallen below replacement levels in every technologically advanced country of the world, with a single exception. These include every EU country, the U.S., Canada, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Singapore,Australia and New Zealand. Reproduction averages, in these countries,about 73% of replacement levels according to 2015 or 2016 data. A study on mouse reproduction [2] showed that radio/microwave frequency EMF exposure at doses well within our current safety guidelines produced substantial dose-dependent decreases in reproduction within 5the first set of litters; further exposure produced dose-dependent complete or almost complete sterility that was found to be largely irreversible. When we have a technology that is universally present in these technologically advanced countries, that we know impacts reproduction, and reproduction has already dropped well below replacement levels, and we may be facing a catastrophic and irreversible decline in reproduction and there are more and more plans to expose us still further, don’t you think that we should take note of the science?Mr. Ryan and Dr. Vinciūnas seem to be saying not at all.(Please note that the U.S. FCC and FDA also completely ignore this existential threat
  3. Neurological/neuropsychiatric effects(25reviews). Pall’s paper on this[3] and two earlier reviews cited in it found that there are whole series of repeatedly found EMF effects which have also become extremely wide spread complaints in our technologically advanced societies, namely: sleep disturbance/insomnia; fatigue/tiredness; headache; depression/depressive symptoms; lack of concentration/attention/cognitive dysfunction; dizziness/vertigo; memory changes; restlessness/tension/anxiety/stress/agitation; irritability.These findings are not just based on epidemiological findings but are also based on profound impacts of EMFs,at levels well within our safety guidelines,on brain structure and function and also on the mechanism of non-thermal EMF action discussed below. When we have these neuropsychiatric effects becoming more and more common in technologically advanced societies all over the world, and we know each of these is caused EMF exposures, shouldn’t we take note of this relationship?
  4. Apoptosis/cell death (13reviews). The two most important consequences of large increases in apoptosis (programmed cell death) are in causation of the neurodegenerative diseases and lowered reproduction although there are others.
  5. Oxidative stress/free radical damage (19reviews). Oxidative stress has roles in all or almost all chronic diseases.It is reported to have essential roles in producing the reproductive effects and the attacks on cellular DNA and may also have roles in producing the neurological effects and some of the cancer-causing effects shown to be produced here by EMF exposures.
  6. Widespread endocrine (that is hormonal) effects (12reviews). The steroid hormone levels drop with EMF exposure, whereas other hormone levels increase with initial exposure.The neuroendocrine hormones and insulin levels often drop with prolonged EMF exposure, possibly due to endocrine exhaustion.
  7. Increases in intracellular calcium ([Ca2+]i) levels following EMF exposure (15reviews). Calcium signaling also increases following EMF exposure.
  8. Cancer causation (35reviews). Brain cancer, salivary cancer, acoustic neuromas and two other types of cancer go up with cell phone use.People living near cell phone towers have increased cancer rates.Other types of EMFs are each implicated. Short wave radio, radio ham operators and people exposed to radar all are reported to have increased cancer incidence. Perhaps most telling, heavy-long term cell phone users have the highest incidence of brain cancer and have predominantly cancer increases on the ipsilateral side of the head (the side they use their cell phones), as opposed to the contralateral side. I have a paper [7], focused not on whether EMFs cause cancer but rather on how they can cause cancer.The paper shows that”downstream effects”of the main target of the EMFs in the cells of our bodies, can cause cancer in 15 different ways, including increases in cancer initiation, promotion and progression.Progression effects include both tissue invasion and metastasis. Each of these cancer causation effects are caused via mechanisms produced by downstream effects of the main non-thermal EMF mechanism, as discussed.
  9. Therapeutic effects of such EMFs. Such EMFs when focused on a specific region of the body where there is some dysfunction and when used at specific intensities, can have therapeutic effects. In my 2013 paper [4], I cited 12 different reviews where EMF stimulation of bone growth was used therapeutically.There are something like 4000 papers on various therapeutic effects.Strangely, the telecommunications industry does not acknowledge these therapeutic effects, preferring rather to maintain the fiction that there are no non-thermal effects.
  10. There is another set of reviews, 13in this case, with each showing that pulsed EMFs are, in most cases, much more biologically active than are non-pulsed EMFs. This is particularly important because all wireless communication devices communicate via pulsations, making them potentially much more dangerous.It follows from this that if you wish to study the effects of Wi-Fi, cell phones, cordless phones, cell phone towers,smart meters or 5G, you had better study the real thing or at least something that pulses very much like the real thing.

There are many studies that don’t do this, but falsely claim to be genuine Wi-Fi, cell phone or cordless phone studies. Other factors that influence the occurrence of non-thermal EMF effects include the frequency being used, the polarization of the EMFs and the cell type being studied [4,5,8-11]. Furthermore there are intensity “windows” that produce maximum biological effects, such that both lower and higher intensities produce much less effect [5,8,9]. These window effect studies clearly show that dose-response curves are both non-linear and non-monotone, such that it is difficult or impossible to predict effects based on relative intensity even when all other factors are the same. The role of each of these factors is completely ignored by ICNIRP, SCENIHR, the U.S. FCC, FDA and National Cancer Institute as well as by many other industry-friendly groups.

When each of these organizations concludes that“results are inconsistent”they are comparing studies based on superficial similarities but not on these demonstrated causal factors.What is being observed, therefore,is genuine biological heterogeneity, not inconsistency.

It has been known since the beginning of modern science in the 16thcentury that how you do your studies is important in determining what results are obtained. How is it possible that ICNIRP, SCENIHR, the U.S. FCC, FDA and National Cancer Institute have forgotten this important fact?

The primary literature studies demonstrating roles of pulsation, frequency, polarization,cell type and intensity windows in determining biological effects are entirely dependent on having genuine effects to study. None of these studies could have been done without an effect to study. Consequently, the claims that there are no well-documented EMF effects are nonsense, based not only on the eight extremely well-documented effects summarized above, but also on the entire literature demonstrating the role of pulsation, frequency, polarization, cell type and intensity windows.

Directed-Energy Weapons – Lasers and Microwaves

Department of Defense (DOD) defines a directed-energy weapon this way: „DE is an umbrella term covering technologies that produce a beam of concentrated EM energy or atomic or subatomic particles.“ It continues. „A DE weapon is a system using DE primarily as a direct means to damage or destroy adversary equipment, facilities, and personnel. DE warfare is military action involving the use of DE weapons, devices, and countermeasures to either cause direct damage or destruction of adversary equipment, facilities, and personnel, or to determine, exploit, reduce, or prevent hostile use of the EMS thought damage, destruction, and disruption.“

The energy can be explained using either wavelength or frequency. The shorter the wavelength of any energy field within the spectrum, the higher its frequency is. Toward the low end of the spectrum, there are low-frequency radio waves, which are thousands of kilometers long. And at the other and of the spectrum are light waves, which can be a fraction of an atom in size.

For ease of identification, groups of consecutive frequencies within the spectrum are divided into ranges. The frequencies within these ranges may overlap, which makes determining which range a frequency belongs in more difficult. Because lasers have a shorter wavelength than microwaves, they vibrate at a a higher frequency. Lasers and microwaves are merely different aspects of the exact same energy. The only difference between them is their frequency.

Another consideration is power. A high-powered microwave (HPM) and microwave oven both operate on the same frequency/wavelength. The only difference between them is the power level. Similarly, a laser pen and a high-powered laser have the same frequency, but the power level of a high-powered laser is much greater.

The concept of lasers, microwaves, and other types of DEWs using the exact same energy field, but at different frequencies, will help clarify how a single weapon can be used to exploit different frequencies of energy to produce microwave, laser, and other effects. This feature makes them rheostatic (scalable or tunable)

Microwave weapons consist of basically two major technologies. First are the millimeter wave devices which can be focused on a target at great distances and produce a burning sensation. An example of this is the Active Denial System (ADS). The second is the electromagnetic bomb (e-bomb), which can destroy electronic circuitry, communications networks, and harm organic matter at a distance, with a non-nuclear electromagnetic explosion (pulse).

Lasers consist of two basic groups. Low-energy lasers which can be used to disrupt vision, and high-powered lasers which can be used on people and material. So, both lasers and HPM can be used for counter personnel as well as counter material purposes.

DEWs are subject to diffraction, which is basically the reduction of focused power caused by the dispersal of their energy in the atmosphere. The shorter the wavelength, the less diffraction occurs.

Laser wavelengths are about 10000 times smaller than microwaves. Therefore, they are more suitable for accuracy at long distances, because they diffract 10000 times less. Diffraction can be used to the advantage of the operator. For instance, if a large area needed to be irradiated, high-powered microwaves could accomplish this, such as the e-bomb.

DEWs offer the Following Capabilities

  • They have pinpoint accuracy
  • They offer a low cost per use and maintenance.
  • They have a virtually unlimited magazine capacity.
  • They are simple to track, aim and shoot with sophisticated sensors.
  • They are less lethal if tuned properly.
  • They can operate in all weather conditions.
  • They can engage multiple targets.
  • They limit collateral damage.
  • Their energy travels at the speed of light.
  • Their energy can pass through walls at distances of hundreds of meters or even miles.
  • They are silent and offer plausible deniability of their use.

In addition, they are scalable, which means a single weapon can be configured to produce a multitude of effects by adjusting its power or frequency. Some include tiredness, dizziness, vomiting, abdominal pains, convulsions, epileptic seizures, and temporary paralysis.

Other effects include: Vibration of internal organs, cooking of internal organs, cataracts, burning sensations, controlled heating of the entire body to produce hyperthermia of fever, headaches, and a loos of short-term memory or cognitive processes. They can even be tuned to cause death by cardiac arrest or cancer. This energy can be transmitted accurately for long distances (in some cases many miles). Some can pass through most unshielded structures with little difficulty. And their use is virtually undetectable by casual observation.

These weapons are mounted on platforms, which have been described as physical structures that are used to support of deliver the weapons. A weapons platform can be a missile, aircraft, ship, vehicle, etc. Other platforms evidently exist, as described by the Journal of California Law Enforcement, which revealed in January of 2002 that not only can an HPM can be built into a van, but highly portable suitcase-sized weapons and ones that resemble radios exist. Such weapons, the Journal tells us, offer covert qualities and the deniability of use.

It‘s no longer necessary to place a military force or an assassin near a target due to the invention of these weapons. „The advantage of directed energy weapons over conventional ones is deniability“, agreed Metz and Klevit, which „must be aimed at the American people, who do not sanction the imprisonment, much less execution, of individuals without a trial“

Most directed-energy weapons require an acquisition, tracking, pointing, and fire control (ATP/FC) systém. Much research on FRP/FC was done by the Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI) for the Space-Based Laser (SBL) program, which began in the mid 1980s and continues to this day.

ATP/FC systems allows a DEW to engage a large number of targets by placing a directed-energy beam on the aimpoint of each target. There are broad sensors which detect general activities, and refined sensors which provide a more accurate view of the target. These sensors are usually low-powered infrared lasers which propagate well through the atmosphere.

Different sensors are used during the multiple phases, which include acquisition, tracking, pointing and fire control. For instance, for a missile, infrared sensors would detect the heat signature of the missile during the acquisition phase. Another sensor would determine its flight path during the tracking phase. In the pointing phase, yet another sensor would locate a specific point on the missile and fire an energy beam to that point.

Than during the fire control phase, the results of the hit are transmitted back to the FTP/FC unit for assessment. At this time a computer algorithm containing per-programmed sets of instructions may determine the next course of action based on the results. Then the next target is selected and the process begins again. Some systems include a feature which allows them to prioritize targets.

In its 1984 directed-energy plan, the SDI included the development of STP/FC systems for future directed-energy weapons, including the creation of systems to track a target at a range of up to 3000 miles within a diameter of about 4 inches. Another was to create a computer algorithm to handle the ATP/FC of at least 100 simultaneous targets at a rate of the least two shots per second, and then conduct damage assessment on each one.

Directed-energy weapons provide quick employment, deep clip capacity, scalability from lethal to non-lethal, simplified pointing and tracking, all weather capability, multiple target engagement, and long distance projection (tens of miles). They can also pass thought walls without a trace. They provide, surgical accuracy at the speed of light. They are also silent, and offer the military and law enforcement plausible deniability of their use.

Practice: Grounding Yourself When Life is Chaotic

Lately my life has felt pretty chaotic: lots of projects, calls, and creation, along with helping loved ones with things, and preparing to move once again to a new home.

Chaos can be beautiful! And I’m embracing it.

But it can be hard to embrace chaos when we’re feeling scattered, lost, confused, stressed.

And so I practice helping myself to feel grounded.

When we ground ourselves, we can feel a sense of calmness & relaxation with whatever is happening. It’s a “relaxing with what is” from a place of “I’m OK, I got this.
